LOVE ❤️ Reflection and Live Your Story!
Hello YOU. This could be me greeting you, but this could also be you talking back to your reflection.
Have you ever done that?
I highly recommend it—whether you’re looking at yourself in a mirror or a puddle—it’s important that we stop to SEE ourselves and acknowledge what and how we’re feeling. As we live our stories in February we continue with an exploration of emotions and specifically this month, we get to think about how to be more productive with emotions. This is one reason that you’ll find on your calendar the opportunity to look for and perhaps even photograph REFLECTION. Social science knows that self-reflection is key to developing emotional intelligence especially where circumstances and relationships require adaptability—which for me is frequently! February is the month of LOVE, let’s practice self-reflection so that we are in a better position love, serve and care for other people.

Any and all blues are associated with truth, loyalty and reliability, but this blue—our February blue—is extra special. It is Agate Blue and you’ll be pleased to know that it possesses unique emotional qualities! The actual stone that this color represents used to heal or promote strong emotional health—AND—it’s linked to the heart chakra, which helps all of us open our hearts to give and receive unconditional LOVE.

Story Process
I’m sure you’ve seen the quote, “Do what you LOVE and LOVE what you do.” Let’s try this month to practice those words. To spend intentional time in our photos and with our stories and let’s look for creative ways to LOVE ourselves and others.
