Welcome to the middle month of our first season together.
I really like May!
Where I live, May is a Dogwood tree in full bloom and an annual trip to breathe in purple Lilacs at Manito Park. May is earlier early light and warmer walking weather. May is for Summer plans and birthday parties (42% of my family has a birthday in May.)
💜 May is the month that our world CELEBRATES scrapbooking!
May I please invite YOU to come along for this and ALL of our Live Your Story events, ideas and inspiration? Let’s take pictures and bike rides, talk babies and trains and honor mothers and brothers. We’ll make an index album and prepare to document the future that is already unfolding all around.

Hue & Me
The Pantone Color of the Year for 2022 is a periwinkle blue. Why? According to color expert, Leatrice Eiseman, because it is empowering, joyous, imaginative and futuristic—exactly what we need right now. Very Peri displays a carefree confidence and a daring curiosity that captures the spirit of honesty in our creative expression.

Design Inspired
What is it about even a fake plant that livens up a room. Our relationship with the outside, living world is much more than the exchange of oxygen for carbon dioxide OR the aesthetics value. Nature heals us. Science has shown that when we bring it in, directly or indirectly, breathing regulates, blood pressure drops and productivity and creativity increase. Print this 4x6 card and post it where you can see it often!
