Quickie Pages
 

This Story Coaching Session was all about Quickie Pages. The response to Stacy’s Quickie Page Challenge over on Facebook has been so FUN and the pages being shared are inspiring.

During our Story Coaching session Stacy asked the question β€œWhat makes this challenge so appealing?” and everyone shared their thoughts on what has made this particular challenge one our Live Your Story Members have been eager to accept.

Stacy also wanted to know your process while completing this challenge.

  • How did you choose the theme for your page?

  • Did you start with a picture?

  • Did you start with a story?

  • Did you use a sketch?

  • Did you base it on another idea you have used in the past?

And then she encouraged each of us to keep a list of the different ideas shared in the hopes that these different approaches to the challenge would spark further ideas for more Quickie Pages.

Of course, there is the little incentive Stacy has offered by holding a drawing with all of your entries, to which she will send the winner a PRIZE πŸŽ‰ - who doesn’t love a PRIZE?! πŸ˜‰ See the video below for more details!

However, Live Your Story members also shared some of their other motivating factors such as:

  1. The permission Stacy gave to KEEP IT SIMPLE!

  2. A recent photo you were eager to put with a story.

  3. It’s an easy way to scrapbook when you have just a couple photos of an event, when the tendency is to scrapbook the event for which you have a large number of photos.

  4. A single memory you wanted to put with a story.

  5. Being able to complete a project with minimal decision making.

She will be holding the drawing during our New Month Meet-Up this coming Wednesday so be sure to post your Quickie Page entries by Tuesday the 27th!
