Hello lovely! Tomorrow, Tuesday, August 26th is our August Story Coaching session. We will gather on Zoom at 11AM Pacific to encourage and advise one another on documenting the difficult. We’ll take turns sharing why it’s hard, how we’ve done it in the past and why it’s important for healing, for posterity and simply as a witness of what we’ve experienced. I will invite anyone—who wants to—to read or share specific journaling work they’ve done in this area. If you have a page or journal entry that you’re willing to talk about or read, please bring it!
