This Project Play we kicked off our NEW Seasonal Project, focused on Mini Books! Stacy ran us through how she preps her photos for these books in her photo app and then gave us a good Persnickety Box tutorial.

We took a second to chat and share some of the fun mini book ideas that we members have been brainstorming. From a color focused book to pet memorial to reunion gifts for 14 different people 😮 there are so many things you can do with this project. And they don’t have to be solely pictures! These can include decals and notes, depending on what you’re looking to make.

It’s definitely NOT too late to join in on this project. It’s possible and perhaps likely that YOU have a few ‘ready to love’ mini books in your stash. Why not grab one, dream up the content and get to work.

In June, we’ll wrap up this effort and during our Project Play, share our results.

In this session, Stacy also reviews how she makes her camera roll markers and a few members share ideas on how and where to print your mini books.

Just recently I sat and looked through 4x4 mini books dedicated to my grandparents. I LOVE that I have these! All you need to do is pick a subject, locate or print a handful of photos and handwrite your thoughts and memories inside. Nothing fancy required.
