How do you find Zen in the mountain of projects you want to complete? In this Story Coaching session Stacy leads us in a self-evaluation or “Interest Spectrum” that helps us determine our priorities in storytelling (or not!) Among the polls and self-evaluations is great discussion on how a few of the members determine their Enough Quotient and what interests them most. Stacy and a few members also discuss the opportunity to tell the stories of our family members—especially our oldest ones—and how time can be our motivator to document, document, document! This doesn’t just apply to family members and those soon to leave us, but also other stories where sources are finite. This can be huge push to set and work towards our EQs.
