Don’t forget this: It’s NOT up to you to organize your digital images. Your Photos Library has so many smart, helpful features built for efficient and personalized organizing. Your job is to learn and leverage these tools and then manage the never-ending flow of memories!

Lesson 4 introduced us to the principle of Categorize—with Albums and Collections…

• What is it you WANT to do with your photos and memories? Think about this often and reassess whenever you need to. I encourage you to set yourself up for 3 separate projects.
  

• Even though chronology is a time-honored approach for storytelling, our brains LOVE the cognitive efficiency and the interesting connections that result with categories.
  

• Collections are native and dynamic groupings of images based on meta data or indexed elements found in your Photos Library. When you visit Utilities to look through Documents or Recently Viewed images, you’re using a Collection!
  

• Albums are created by YOU and are powerful for supporting you in HOW you want to enjoy and use your digital images. When you create an album, you can curate a specific experience on your iPhone—OR—stage images for a project.
