For those curious, Gary worked with the very helpful people at Total Printing Systems to print our book. The book is just over 400 pages, full color and printed on 80lb paper. He ordered 20, spiral bound copies which ended up costing about $50 a piece.
p.s. Please note that I referred to Valerie’s biographical sketch as an autobiography multiple times. Valerie passed in 1992, so what we created is a biography with snippets of primary source material from her journal and personal letters!
