Our session on Friday helped us focus on this month’s writing prompt: Write the last paragraph of your life’s story and provide photo evidence of your desired outcome. The first half of this Do It Together focuses on the Sketch This template Stacy provided us. The idea is to create a gallery of images, patterns, colors, and other little art pieces that represent you—and place them behind the frame. It’s a fun new way to showcase your images and provide space to write. Members give insights on how to personalize the “frame” portion of this page—i.e. using scissors to fussy cut, scratching at the edges to create a worn look, or simply using your Cricut! The second half is all about writing your life’s last paragraph. A few members share their examples and it shows just how specific even the tense you use can be to you! Many of us used a favorite quote or a verse to guide the direction of this paragraph. If you’re stuck this was a great hack to help chip away at that writer’s block.
