Project24 Progress

(or any other fun project 😉)

Veronica kicked things off by sharing that she was documenting the full day on July 24th, by taking a picture every hour (that she was awake) and jotting down 5W details for each photo. An impressive effort to capture the detail of everyday life—go Veronica!

We also heard from several others about projects and progress. Becky asked about the Wreck This Journal book and shared her very creative and less destructive approach to moving through it. Machelle, in the middle of house renovations was crocheting hair scrunchies and Cindy showed us the adorable blanket she is knitting for a Christmas gift (see below)

Stacy was still waiting on photos from her father-in-law, but worked on her favorite photo page and another FUN summer “seasons” page.

Watching this session—if you missed it—will surely remind you that persisting and reimagining are key to pursuing a creative life.

A Note from Stacy

I decided yesterday after our session that I will NOT skip on journaling—not matter what—so I’m happy to report that I completed my Photos I Love page with the words tucked behind the photo. I don’t love this page, but I do love that I’m still in this project and I’m proud that even in the midst of busy, I’m making time for quick pages and updates. Remember that creativity is expressed in so many ways. Allowing and making time to PLAY is essential to better relationships and more memories down the road.

YOU are exactly where you need to be and I’m so grateful it’s right here with me in this wonderfully supportive community.
