Whole30 (day 18)

Left over tilapia on a bed of romaine and spinach with a little Kimchi (yes, I'm learning to like it!), pistachio nuts and homemade tartar sauce/dressing. Serious YUM.

Today was an eight, and maybe even a nine. I ate a good breakfast, stopped to make a lunch and did my best to SIT and eat it. We had a yummy dinner too—I prepped the meat in marinara sauce in the morning, while Addie was getting ready for school and then ate it atop roasted spaghetti squash. My cravings are almost gone. I remember this happening back in August 2012, but it still surprises me. Today, I feel like I want to do Whole30 for 30 more days! Trey and Taft are both involved with a musical at our high school. Geoff and I have attended two nights in a row. We get home between 9:30 and 10:00pm and then wait up for them to come home. I've been enjoying a cup of herbal tea while we watch our current FAV Netflix show (Person of Interest.) Geoff will often peel a grapefruit—which is remarkably satisfying, but tonight, I wanted a little something extra. I fought that urge for a few minutes, ate a few cashews and then ended up just putting a big scoop of coconut cream in my tea. That worked!
